    i'm kinda confused by these new tv appearances. i dnt think craig ferguson is terribly mean spirited. i saw the vids on yt and i think he just went for the same old tired jokes but he didn't attack her personally. and jon stewart did the whole breakup ice cream thing w. rob so it'll be a little awkward, but again i don't think he said anything nasty about her. so really.. my point is: IM STILL UPSET KRISTEN WASNT ON ELLEN W> THE BOYS! lol. i really really wanted that. just the three of them. anyway, kristen's always.. unpredictable. out of her bd2 tv apps, jay leno was my fav which i wasn't expecting so.. hopefully these will turn out to be fun interviews!!!

    Would not have expected this after the way Jon approached the whole "scandal" when Rob was on the show. But kudos to Kristen for going in to face the potential fire. Although I hope that everyone on the show has moved forward and nothing is brought up to Kristen about it.

      I had the same reaction when i read she'll be there!... hopefully they don't mention it, not even as a joke... i mean, it's been too long, let it rest already!... people has been already way too mean with her... she deserves a break!... MOVE ON!!

    I'm dying to see what his going to say to Kristen. Cause he was the one who told Rob to kick her to the curve. Now she have to have a conversation with him. I hope he nice to Kristen.

    Wow, this should be interesting! I wonder if Jon Stewart would be able to say "I told Rob to kick you to the curb" to Kristen's face. And I wonder if Kristen would remind Jon of that incident. But Kristen is professional so I'm guessing they'll just talk about OTR...Hmmmm....

    Jon was just joking around. I don't think he meant what he said. He was just pretending to say what girlfriends would say to eachother over ice cream. It was all in jest. I think Kristen understands that.

      Everything is all for entertaiment. JS have nothing against her personally nor he cares about that issue. Remember when he said 'i dont know what to say to these things' lets relax and let ks handle these things. Shes a big girl;-)

    Kristen has to be aware of the media storm this interview with Jon Stewart could possibly bring because of Rob's appearance on the show. She is a smart women so i think this a way to really put the past behind her and say hey i know that you said unkind things about me but i have moved on. Also On the Road is an amazing film so any interview in which she can garner attention for audiences to go out and see it then she will because she has spoken on how much everyone that made the film loved it.The ultimate reward for them is for big audiences to see and appreciate their hard work.

      wow, excellently said! i hadn't really thought of that. sometimes i think of kristen as such a "victim" (i hate using that word) of media portrayal, i forget she's so professional and can make smart decisions to use the press to garner attention for her films. i think we're going to see a lot more of these smart professional decisions w. otr promo. like the tavis smiley show. i like that she's using her position to somewhat determine her media exposure; it shows a lot of maturity and that she wants to establish herself as a long term actor. like the gossip rags will always write about her and that's not something she can control, but now that twilight's over, i think we're going to see her talking w. respectable outlets that want to focus on her acting and her career and not her perjsonal life. and getting to know real journalists will add to her solid reputation, bc they're actual professionals with industry clout.

    Is he the same guy that interview rob in august and gave him a bucket of ice cream and he told rob to kick her to the curb wow can you say awkard i bet kristen is going to be nervous on that show i mean this guy told rob to kick her to the curb but at that time we didn't know they were getting back together but i get the feeling the jon stewart is going to ask her personal questions just like he did with rob back in august.

    She dosen't choose what tv shows she wants to go if they choose that tv talk show she has to go is part of her job i mean she cant act like a diva and say 'no i don't want to go to that talk show' is not about how brave she is she has to go because is part of her job and is in the schedule to promote on the road she cannot just change it she has to be professional.

      Now I wonder why she has not even gone to Ellen DeGeneres? Ellen is great and I don´t think she has anything against Kristen, Ellen know people who like to point others and dont look at themselves.I hope to see Ktew on Ellen Show too.

    kristen definitely surprised me even more. is correct to say that she is thinking with her head, focusing all the media attention to his movie OTR. kristen is amazing, and I love just seeing her there, I commands respect. I think, as a great interviewer is John, he will be respectful with her.
