    I wonder if the interviewer asked why she was wearing glasses? Does anyone know if this was recorded? I have to wear mine sometimes because my contacts will irritate my eyes at times.

      she is not near-sighted, she has perfect vision. Those are style glasses, most likely. The are meant to be worn to look cool and smart, that's all. The younger generation do these kinds of things for some reason. Even the NBA basketball players are doing it. I just think it's silly.

      @Mae...it's not a generation thing when you actually need glasses. You can see Kristen wearing glasses in early Twilight cast photos. I'm pretty sure they are prescription. But then again why does it bother people she's wearing glasses. People are just wayyy too critical of this girl.

      i agree. people call themselves fans but think they know her too well.. and as such are entitled to be critical of everything she does. It must be so annoying having people think they know just because they see her in interviews or on the red carpet.

      wow krisbian is very protectif and not rational. always angry with people just comment about kristen. and for your information nobady perfect and kristen too, if people we care wrong or not good it's ok i think say the truth. and perfect is for god.

    Man, she has done A LOT of press for this movie! And, for how many years this movie took to be made, and for how long ago it was shot. For all of everyone's efforts and time, this movie deserves to be at least nominated for a big award!!!!!

      It only seems like a lot of press because it has been done for different audiences in difference counties. This is press for the American relaese of OTR.

    Am I the only one who sees Elvis Presley's resemblance in her? I mean, if they ever made a movie about his life (maybe they already have, I don't know), she would be PERFECT to play Lisa Marie maybe. That would be soo cool!

    She's worn glasses for a long time. I remember seeing her in 2009 in VC with them.....late at night, just a different style.

    This movie, is doing allot of press, in the US, and in some countries like amsterdam, it out on dvd already strange also, not the movie ok, exact but OTR, makes me thing of paranormal activity because i always only seeing two ppl doing press, lik only two ppl in the entire movie, aso k looooks good in almost most things she wears the glasses look great!

    I know I'm kind of silly but I like the size of her necklace so the pendant is always near her heart. It's the right place for a gift from a beloved one.

    Oooooh that's sounds so cheesy but I can't help myself. I don't know why I'm in such a sappy mood. Maybe because I miss new pics of R/K together somewhere (I know I'm greedy) or it's only the Advent season. The short days and long nights, the cold, the snow, Christmas everywhere, the "Adventsmärkte", the carols, the warm glow of lighted candles on Advent wreaths and the delicious lebkuchen (gingerbread)...

    I don't know if or how you celebrate these sundays before christmas. Here in Germany we try to come together with friends and/or family in the afternoon, light the next candle on the family advent wreath and enjoy some hot coffee or hot chocolate and some cake/lebkuchen/christmas goodies.

    What about you?

    But whether you're celebrating or not I wish EVERYONE of you "Einen Fröhlichen 2. Advent" (A Happy Second Sunday of Advent). That's our common greeting here today. <3

    Kristen does wear glasses...they are not for show. Sometimes wearing contacts they get irritated and you need a break from wearing them. Just sayin...lol...anyways...can't wait to see this movie!

    I remember Bette midler saying Kristen reminds her of a female Elvis.

    Kristen looks hottt in those glasses.Mme.Mae,i am sure nobody is bothered if she wears glasses because shes got vision problem or not,she looks damn cute in them and i am sure Rob loves to see her wearing the glasses!
