• McCartney shared her thoughts on Stewart's edgy style with US Weekly at the presentation. "She's true to herself and she has a great androgyny and a great tomboy feeling," the designer told US. "For me, it's a lovely balance of male meets female." She added, "She's just cool, isn't she? She's not trying to be anything."

Kristen Stewart's short interview with RamaScreen

Interview with RamaScreen

Ramascreen - In the film, STILL ALICE, Julianne Moore plays a happily married woman, Dr. Alice Howland, with three grown children. She’s a successful linguistics professor but then she gets diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s disease which pretty much affected her family. One of her daughters is an aspiring actress named Lydia, played by “Twilight” star, Kristen Stewart. There were scenes in the movie where Lydia talked about her upcoming local theater gigs and she even got to perform one of them, and it was well-received.

I asked Kristen Stewart at the press junket, seeing that she was previously part of a huge vampire franchise, if it was challenging to get back into that aspiring struggling actress mindset for “Still Alice”, knowing that she herself is already this big mega movie star.

“One of the greatest struggles as somebody becoming an adult is figuring out what they want to do and what makes them happy. I think Lydia actually figured it out quite early. The courageous thing is to stick with it and see it through. See if you were correct. I admire her for the same reasons I admire some of my friends who have not achieved what they ultimately would have liked to in their wildest dreams. They are still working for it. I am fortunate enough to have outlet after outlet at my disposal. I am still looking for them though. With every project you feel like you are trying to find your place to vent. For any actor, that is typically the feeling that drives you to do it.

I can relate because if I stopped working tomorrow, I would have these impulses, these feelings to get out and have these desires to explore. I still can completely relate. I feel that way every time I am approaching the idea of taking on a responsibility as great as saying that I am good enough to be in your movie. It’s a huge statement to make and every I do, I think ‘Is this the right choice?'”

A few years ago, Vulture reported that “Twilight” stars, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner earned $25 Million for the against 7.5% of the theatrical gross for starring in both parts of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.” The three actors also stamped their palm prints on Hollywood walk of fame in front of the legendary Chinese theater. So Kristen Stewart has reached the success that most actors in Hollywood are still dreaming about; a success that has also given Kristen opportunities to now just choose roles that would challenge and hone her skills. This past year alone, in addition to “Still Alice, she also starred in “Clouds Of Sils Maria” and “Camp X-Ray” which I actually found very compelling.

This is an actress who could choose to keep doing big budget movies with big payoffs, but I respect that she instead takes the time to give little movies a fighting chance.

Eddie Redmayne Mentions Robert Pattinson in Interview

Eddie Redmayne mentions Robert Pattinson in Interview

Are you really friends though? You’re supposedly also friends with Robert Pattinson, Jamie Dornan, Tom Hiddleston… How do you meet these hot young actors?

What do you mean? Where do you meet people? Do you want to go online – lookingforanactor.com?

I’m not looking for dating advice. Is that something actors do, say nice things about people they may have worked with once or twice?

When you’ve been in the acting world long enough you work with people again and again. Jamie, Rob, Andrew Garfield and I have been working for about 12 years, starting in theatre in London. I was at school and university with Tom Hiddleston. When we go to Los Angeles we would stay on friends’ floors and as a group of Brits we would stick together and help each other with auditions. People become family. So they are actually friends, I promise we’re not just pumping hot air up each others'…

Are they on your Christmas card list?

I was just talking to Hannah, my girlfriend [yes, he used the word girlfriend four days before marrying her], about Christmas cards. I feel like the second you start a Christmas card list then you can never stop and you’re perpetually causing offence to people – if you forget to send one and you did the year before. Although as a kid I used to love making Christmas cards, with a bit of Pritt Stick and glitter. It was probably my favourite time of the year.

Camp X-Ray' nominated at the 30th Annual Artios Awards

'Camp X-Ray' has been nominated in the category 'Feature Film Low Budget Drama' - Congrats!!

• THR: The Casting Society of America has unveiled its nominees for the 30th Annual Artios Awards, which honor achievement in casting movies, TV and live stage.

Trophies for the bi-coastal Artios Awards will be handed out on Jan. 22, 2015. Patton Oswalt will co-host from Los Angeles alongside Michael Urie in New York City. The CSA will also give Richard Linklater its Career Achievement Award, while Into the Woods director Rob Marshall will receive the New York Apple Award and casting director Ellen Lewis will be given the Hoyt Bowers Award.

- The full list of film nominees here

• The Casting Society: In October of 1985 the Casting Society of America presented the first-ever Artios Awards for Excellence in Casting at an awards luncheon. Held in the Crystal Room of the Beverly Hills Hotel, the event was attended by more than 500 industry leaders and seven CSA members were honored for their work in four different casting categories. In 1988, the first Artios Award for theatre casting was presented at a ceremony in New York. Today simultaneous events are held annually in Los Angeles and New York, and members are honored in over twenty different casting categories, for work in Film, Television and Theatre. The criteria are originality, creativity and the contribution of casting to the overall quality of a project. Nominees and winners are voted on by members in good standing of the Casting Society of America.

The Artios is awarded to those CSA members who receive primary screen (or program) credit for casting on the winning project. Location Casting Directors, Casting Executives and Department Heads who are CSA members and who receive credit on winning projects also receive an Artios Award. CSA Associates on those projects are recognized in the press and with a certificate.

Note: Richard Hicks was the casting director for the movie.
