Kristen interview with Adelaide Now
THE infamously stroppy Kristen Stewart is no more as the young star discovers there is life after Twilight, Stevie Wong and Neala Johnson report.
That famed sourpuss expression? It's gone.
Today's Kristen Stewart - 21 and soon to leave behind the Twilight franchise that changed her life - seems less inhibited, more open. She has a glow, if you will, where previously there was a pout.
So what's going on?
Thankfully, this does not mean the young actor is apologetic … or any less rambling … or any less forthright when she does get to the point.
“I was scared,” she explains of her demeanour with the media. “I didn’t want to seem like so many people that I’d seen that just … bleugh … I was too preoccupied with how I didn’t wanna seem, so I wasn’t necessarily always myself.”
So who is Stewart nowadays, after bringing in $1.8 billion at the worldwide box office and on the eve of the release of the second-last Twilight film, Breaking Dawn – Part 1?
After starting acting before she even hit double figures, she is an unlikely veteran and an unconventional new Hollywood power player. Yet she still prefers to trade under the blue-collar “working actor” label.
“It’s how you approach it while you’re actually working, what you think your job is,” she explains. “I know everyone says, ‘Well, all the press stuff is half the job, you can’t discredit this side of it’. It’s like, no, absolutely not. But this … ” – she gestures into the air, indicating everything from promotional duties to trappings of celebrity – “Doesn’t. Matter. To. Me. At. All.
“Like, genuinely, I could do it (acting) myself in the dark … as long as I was working with the same people that I’m working with now,” she laughs.

Wyck Godfrey on Breaking Dawn MPAA rating and Running Time
Readers know that Bella’s birth scene will be difficult to show on screen, because of the graphic descriptions of vampire labor. Godfrey said that director Bill Condon has a solid cut of the scene that should land a PG-13 from the MPAA.
“I have seen numerous cuts,” Godfrey said. “I think that process is taking place right now. We don’t have any word yet on the rating but I think we’re going to be okay. We’re releasing it PG-13 and it’s incredibly powerful already. It definitely captures what the book captures.”
Breaking Dawn has been split into two parts in order to fit as much of the book as possible into the movies. Part one should not run any longer than Twilight, New Moon or Eclipse though.
“We’re very close to locking picture on part one,” Godfrey added. “It’s about what the other three are, about two hours. I haven’t seen an assembly for Part 2, so we’ll start to get into it in December.”

Kristen Stewart on Breaking Dawn Sex Scene: "It feels like a real love scene, not necessarily vampire-y, which is good."
Kristen Stewart has opened up about the sex scenes in the up-coming Twilight instalmentBreaking Dawn - Part 1.
The actress has said that the raunchy scenes are not "vampire-y", adding that it is a "real love scene".
In the fourth instalment of the Twilight Saga,Robert Pattinson's vampire Edward Cullen marries his human love interest Bella Swan (Stewart), whisking her away to an exotic island for the honeymoon.
After R-Patz previously described the sex scenes as "incredible", Stewart has now added, "It feels like a real love scene, not necessarily vampire-y, which is good."
The 21-year-old actress also revealed details about the Twilight wedding, saying, "There was a certain point when I walked on set, and I saw everyone from the entire cast sitting there in the pews, about to do their bit." She later added: "It was just so perfect for me in that moment. It was so emotional in such a real way. I literally felt like thanking them for coming."
The penultimate movie, Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 is scheduled for cinemas release in November.

And it was just so perfect for me in that moment. It was so emotional in such a real way. I literally felt like thanking them for coming.”
But filming wasn’t always quite so idyllic. As the stars and director tell EW, Breaking Dawn Part 1 and 2 (in theaters November 18 and November 2012) involved a grueling, globe-trotting shoot, and scenes far darker, bloodier, and more polarizing than any in the franchise so far. If audiences haven’t matured with the Twilight books, they’re about to grow up fast. “We shot everything — whether it’s the lovemaking or the childbirth — as potent and powerful as it can be,” says director Bill Condon, who knew he was working within the constraints of a PG-13 rating. “It will be interesting to see whether there will be people who think it too disturbing for this universe.” For her part, Stewart wishes the movie could have been even truer to the graphic nature of the book — not so much the honeymoon sequence (“It feels like a real love scene, not necessarily vampire-y, which is good”), but the brutal birth of the baby, Renesmee. “It’s funny because when [the PG-13 issue] comes up, everybody thinks it’s all about the sex,” she says. “The birth is really effective, and I’ve heard it really hits you in the face. But what it could have been? It could have been shocking and grotesque, because that’s how it was written in the book.” She sighs: “I would have loved to have been puking up blood.”
Taylor Lautner, who plays Jacob, says that even being a member of the wolf pack didn’t have its privileges. “Everybody is always complaining to me that I don’t have to wear the contacts, I don’t have to wear the white makeup or wear wigs and all that stuff. And I’m like, ‘I’m the one in the freezing rain and cold not wearing a shirt! I paid my dues in New Moon and Eclipse.’” And as for his plot arc in Part 2, which will involve falling for — or imprinting on — Renesmee? “There were many times I walked up to Stephenie [Meyer] and asked her, ‘What exactly is imprinting?’” says Lautner. “It’s still a very confusing thing for me, so don’t ask.”

Jackson Rathbone and Nikki Reed talk "Breaking Dawn"
Jackson from a latest interview from Lite Rock 99.3 shares some "Breaking Dawn" updates,
“It’s been a fun shoot so far. We’re about halfway through the process . . . It was a lovely time being in Baton Rouge,”
“I think each film just keeps getting better and better, you know, with the different slate of directors we’ve had, and now we have the amazing Bill Condon, and he’s been a dream to work with. So, I think this is going to be the best one,” he said. “There’s some very exciting moments in the film that Melissa Rosenberg our amazing screenwriter and Bill Condon, our wonderful director, kind of put together to kind of showcase the highlights of this film and to bring the book to life.”
He also shared that he's been doing his own stunts on set even with a broken rib! More here.

She's having a good time with this film. Says she didn't know they would use Rose as much as they did for this film.
She hinted that she and Kellan get to make out FINALLY in this fim.
