Amy Adams Talks Kristen and OTR to MTV's Josh Horowitz at the Oscars

“I haven’t seen anything,” she told MTV News. “I haven’t even seen a photograph. But I’m really, really excited.”

So are we, especially considering the lineup of actors she’s working with, including “Twilight” sweetheart Kristen Stewart: “My whole part involves Kristen Stewart, Garrett Hedlund, Sam [Riley] and Viggo Mortensen.”

Sorry "Twilight" fans, but don't expect to see Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart or Taylor Lautner make a surprise appearance at this year's Academy Awards.  HitFix has learned the trio are up in Vancouver filming both "Breaking Dawn" films and will not be returning to LA for the big show.  Whether the trio will be watching the show together in Vancouver remains to be seen.


Pattinson has previously attended and presented at the 81st Academy Awards in 2009. Both Stewart and Lautner appeared and presented during last year's show.  All three have become pseudo awards show staples annually appearing at the MTV Movie Awards, the Teen Choice Awards and many other less prestigous, but fan-voting events.

No twilight Cast and No Breaking Dawn Footage at the Oscars!!!

 None of the Twilight cast will be in  the Oscars this Sunday  and there will be no Breaking Dawn trailer. No Robsten :( *sighs* 

After releasing, via a Twitter video, that there will be a surprise for all the Twihards out there, Bruce furthered “Robert, Taylor, and Kristen will not be on the show but, the next best thing is going to happen and it will blow people minds.” Although Cohen wouldn’t reveal the surprise, he did let on what it is not, including it’s “not a live element at all…not technically CGI…and not the trailer for ‘Breaking Dawn.’

UPDATED: Details About the "Mindblowing Surprise" For TwiHards During Oscars Sunday Night

Summit Chimes in:

Some interesting remarks were said by Oscar organizer Bruce Cohen in this video released two days ago.

Bruce tells viewers that Twilight fans should expect a surprise during the Oscar presentation this Sunday. However, Summit tells us that the cast are not appearing and no Breaking Dawn footage will be revealed.

We wonder what it could be!

Kristen not able to atten the Oscars due to her Schedule!! Will Rob have time to attend?

Are Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart making an appearance at this year's Oscars?
We heard buzz that K.Stew was scouting out some gorgeous gowns back in January and was possibly going to present.
So what about her boyfriend? Well, it's just been announced that Reese Witherspoon will be presenting, and word's out that her yummy Water for Elephants costar Rob might be, too.
So is our favorite couple going to rock the Oscar carpet together?
We're hearing a Robsten appearance is most likely not happening. Crap.
Sources tell us that while Stewart was initially approached and was trying to go, she isn't able to, due to her schedule.
Such a bummer! We were salivating over her possible dress choices. Nobody sexes it up better than Kristen, she's always different, never that predictable stuff.
As for Rob, who presented at the Golden Globes last month, insiders are mum on whether or not he will actually make it.
We take that to mean his attendance is also up in the air, depending on his work schedule.
But if R.Pattz does go, expect a semi-last-minute announcement, but we aren't holding our breath.
We could see Reese presenting with Academy favorite and Water for Elephants costar Christoph Waltz, instead.

Rob and Kristen NOT attending Baftas but Rob a Presenter at the Oscars??

So it is confirmed that neither Rob or Kristen will attend the Baftas!!!! A big *SAD CRYING FACE* on that!!!

on the BRIGHT side.........


Pattinsonstew found a cool and interesting little deet that may keep us entertained in case Rob and kristen don't attend the Baftas!!!  According to Oscars IMDb site he is listed as one of the presenters!!! Interesting?? I think so!!!
