I have been doing some research and these are some possible locations for Isle Esme that I think. This is purely speculation on my part and this is not based on anything that I have read. I was just doing a little research and I have found a few locations. Here they are all could be possibilities and all gorgeous!!
This my favorite!! When I look at the picture in the night it screams Honeymoon!! It is in a place called Prainha.
Grumari Beach, it is very lush and green!! I love it!
I did find other locations but not very remote and are very populated. I don't think that Bill Condon and Summit will pick a very populated area, it would make filming very difficult and time consuming. Let me know what you all think!!~Ruby
