Not only in Twilight, Robert Pattinson was deeply involved with
drama in Water for Elephants, Sara Gruen's novel. In the film,
directed by Francis Lawrence (I Am Legend), Pattinson is a veterinarian who falls for the lovely Marlena (Reese
Witherspoon), but their love story is brought by the owner of the circus
(Christoph Waltz). Pattinson is strange to see their lovingly hugging suit and tie
an elephant named Rosie who loves.
