Planning to Camp Out for the “Eclipse” Premiere? (Updated)
I’m happy to announce that the official date & time fans can start camping to see the event of the year – THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE red carpet premiere – is Monday, June 21 at 6am PT
As a reminder, the premiere this year is being held in the Nokia Theater at LA Live in Los Angeles
UPDATE:
We’re getting multiple inquiries if people can camp out any EARLIER than June 21 at 6am PT.
Allow me to clarify, and sorry if there was any miscommunication before – LA Live is not public property, and will not allow camping before that date/time. You also can not camp on the streets around LA Live.

Be The First To See Eclipse In The UK
Twilight film bosses have revealed that fans in the UK will be able to buy tickets to see Eclipse from May 21.Those Twi-hards who get in there early will then be able to see the movie on either July 3 or 4 BEFORE the movie opens properly on July 9.
Eclipse is the third film in the vampire series and will again star Robert Pattinson as Edward, Kristen Stewart as Bella and Taylor Lautner as Jacob.
The director of the movie is Brit David Slade- who has previously made movie Hard Candy and music videos for Aphex Twin and Muse.

ECLIPSE TRAILER PREMIERE'S, PACKS IN A LOT OF ACTION, NO BREE TANNER
We learned earlier in the week from the official “Twilight” Twitter feed that the latest trailer for “Eclipse” is premiering today, on “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” Oprah, being the all-around badass and friend to the people that she is, understands that you hardened “Twi” fans have no interest in waiting until the late afternoon trailer premiere. So she put the video online early.
It’s a little bit hard to find, but you can check it out by clicking right here. Unlike the previous “Eclipse” trailer, the focus here is on the conflict, the action. If you’re not familiar with the story, red-headed vampire Victoria (Bryce Dallas Howard) raises a vampire army in Seattle, intent on using her subjects to take revenge on the Cullen clan for the death of her boytoy vamp James (Cam Gigandet) in the first movie. That’s the picture painted in this trailer, which is by far the most action we’ve seen out of the three movies in the series.
I’ve gotta say… I like it. There is some mighty slick action on display in this trailer. I’ve not read the books, but I’m familiar with how “Eclipse” unfolds. This trailer lays out the story as I know it. And I’ll be honest: I’m downright excited to see the vampire vs. vampire/werewolf showdown. The CG doesn’t blow me away, but it didn’t in “New Moon” either. That’s fine. These creatures don’t need to look like Na’vi; they just need to bring the point across, and it looks like they do.
One thing did surprise me however. Where was Bree Tanner? With the recent announcement of Stephenie Meyer’s coming novella, I was convinced that we’d see Bree (Jodelle Ferland) pop up somewhere in this new trailer. Do you think we’ll see her before the movie arrives on June 30? Perhaps in a TV spot or online character featurette? Do you believe that this trailer is the final one, as the original “Twilight” Twitter announced

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart will be at Los Angeles Eclipse Premiere
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are probably making time on their schedule to be involved with the Twilight Eclipse premiere announced in Los Angeles. Being held on June 24, the two co-stars along with Taylor Lautner won’t be disappointing fans when they walk down the carpet. It may not be at the same time, but definitely at the same place!
At this moment the only defined date is Thursday June 24, 2010 for the premiere in Los Angeles. There is a huge Twilight battle ensuing online a the moment so the location could be at Mann’s theatre in Los Angeles or other movie theater locations with strong security.
Which leaves the other premiere for the movie. Like New Moon, there will be more than one single premiere and that would include a showing in the UK and Asia. However mum is the word on Australia. The fans from down under have been rallying for some sort of star power to arrive and introduce the movie, which would be an absolute delight for the fans.
For all the Twilight fans who expect to see the celebrities at the red carpet and are coming from out of town, now is the time to rent your hotels and arrange your travels as thousands are expected to come to the twilight premiere to catch a glimpse of the stars, no matter where the location is finally decided upon.
