Counting down to Rob's birthday and taking a look back at his films. The first one that started it all was 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire'. Although his character didn't last the entire saga it was still a notable role for him and we love our Cedric Diggory!!

Jeff Rawle talks about playing Cedric's dad in Harry Potter & working with Rob
In the Harry Potter films, you played Amos Diggory, dad to Robert Pattinson's character, Cedric. Did you enjoy that?
Well, that was a casting problem for the films, you see. They had to find someone as good-looking as Robert to play his father, so they said, "Let's get Jeff Rawle"" Robert seemed happy enough to go along with it - he's such a sweet boy and has gone on to have fantastic success. We spent a lot of time together on set, and had great fun.
LOL love the guys sense of humor:) Glad he had a good time on set with our young Roberto <3

Zimbio's 'Harry Potter' Stars Then and Now.
Check out how much the Harry and the gang have changed over the last 9 years and 7 films.
5. Robert Pattinson: Cedric Diggory
Robert Pattinson's best known as Edward in Twilight now, but before he played a vampire he graced the screen with his moppy hair and good looks in two Harry Potter flicks: Goblet of Fire and Order of the Phoenix. He starred as Cedric Diggory, a Hufflepuff student and house Quidditch captain before he's killed off by Peter Pettigrew.

E! Online: Harry Potter Premiere Red Carpet Recap (Rob Featured)
R.Pattz looks a tad disheveled at the L.A. premiere in 2007, but to be fair, the onetime Cedric Diggory was shooting on another popular book turned movie franchise at the time.
Back in 2005 who could have predicted that Pattinson would wind up one of Harry Potter‘s biggest breakout stars? Not that Grint envies the attention. “It’s crazy. You just can’t really go anywhere,” he’s said of the Twilight star’s fame.
The movie’s supporting cast (which includes several members of the Triwizarding Tournament) gets a chance to shine at a U.K. photo call for the Goblet of Fire.R.Pattz looks a tad disheveled at the L.A. premiere in 2007, but to be fair, the onetime Cedric Diggory was shooting on another popular book turned movie franchise at the time.Source / Via
Cedric Diggory’s Death #2 Top “Harry Potter” Moment in the Series
2. “That’s my boy! That’s my SON!” (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire)
Each film in the series has its fair share of moments to tug at the heart-strings but the scene following Harry’s pivotal and deadly confrontation with Voldemort may just top them all. With all the magical elements, set pieces, plot points and crazy creatures, the Potterverse can often be mistaken for pure fiction and fantasy but the senseless death of Harry’s fellow Tri-Wizard competitor Cedric Diggory (played by Twilight hottie Robert Pattinson) is all too real. Harry’s grief after witnessing his death is understandable, especially for someone whose short life has been filled with so much pain, but nothing can quite prepare anyone for Amos Diggory’s heart-wrenching and anguished cry at the sight of his dead son.
