This cover captures the enormous emotional reaction teens had to the love triangle at the heart of the Twilight saga. The issue came out just as New Moon released in cinemas and this was one of two covers created - one for Team Edward fans and one for Team Jacob fans. The main cover line tapped into the "twi-lingo" which emerged at the time. The colours chosen reflect the emotion of the cover stars as well as their on-screen characters. This issue was up 54% on Girlfriend's base sale.
