As 2010 comes to a close, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart of The Twilight Saga have been voted to the best couple of the year by MTV.

Although several couples turned heads in 2010, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart topped the MTV list of celebrity couples of 2010. Pattinson and Stewart, who are currently filming Breaking Dawn, took the number one spot on the MTV list ahead of Katy Perry and Russell Brand, Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal, and 50 Cent and Chelsea Handler.
