So I think its safe to say we all LOVED Kristen's look for the LAFF. It was great to see her out supporting her 'New Moon' director Chris Weitz for his 'A Better Life' Premiere and she does it with such style. Thanks to KStewartNews we have some deets on her amazing look last night!!
Lets start with the shoes...
Thanks to Courtney Justice we got info right away that the shoes were Brian Atwood 'Carla' black satin pumps. I am in LOVE!
Now on to Kristen's cool, casual, sexy look with a v-neck 'burnout' from Alternative Apparel and Seven For All Mankind ‘Second Skin’ jeggings. Work it girl!! Of course this is the style we all know and love from Kristen. Hobomazing, is that a word? lol :DNext on to my favorite part, Kristen's hair and make-up. Kristen's hair was shiny, silky and tousled and getting even longer ala New Moon hair. (my personal fave) I will be sad to see this color go when she gets it dyed for SWATH.
Now on to her flawless make-up look from artist Fiona Stiles . She gave a a step by step of how to acheive the look!
Using a synthetic brush I swiped on the COVERGIRL NatureLuxe Silk Foundation where needed and then blended it out with a damp sponge so the coverage was sheer and luminous. A light dusting of translucent powder set the foundation. I swept a bit of the COVERGIRL Cheekers Blush in Natural Rose onto the apples of the cheeks for a soft and subtle flush.
For the eyes, I smudged on the deep rusty bronze color of the COVERGIRL Smoky ShadowBlast in Purple Plume from the lash line to above the crease blending it toward the brow bone. Then I used a bit of the plumy color in the COVERGIRL Exact Eyelights quad for Green Eyes over the ShadowBlast to add depth to the color and to add a bit more definition at the outer corners of the eyes, and a soft sweeping of color under the lower lashes. I lined the waterline with COVERGIRL LiquilineBlast in Black Fire and smudged a bit into the top lash line as well as blended a little at the outer corners of the eyes. Two coats of COVERGIRL NatureLuxe Mousse Mascara in Black top and bottom gave the final touch of glam.
For the lips, I lined the lips all over first with COVERGIRL LipPerfection Lip Liner in Smoky, and then applied a light coat of COVERGIRL LipPerfection lipcolor in Heavenly for a touch of shine. And of course Kristen couldn't keep those pumps on for long. I think I saw a tweet that they were off as she entered the theater. Oh Kristen! And she opted for a comfy pair of blue sneakers.
I must say that Kristen did what she does best last night. She wears what she wants and feels good in and doesn't let Hollywood dictate her style. Another reason KStew is Better Than You.
A HUGE thanks to KStewartNews for the details and links to Kristen's look last night!!
