“It was that kind of fervor about a person,” the actress tells MTV about her experience with the Twilight heartthrob.
“The women lining up outside the set – it was unbelievable – until 5:00 in the morning waiting to just glimpse him.”
Witherspoon admits that she understands where the adoration comes from. “He is extraordinarily attractive. I’m not gonna lie.”
More than that, she’s impressed by how Pattinson has stayed grounded as he rockets to superstardom.
“Robert is such a great guy from a great family. That’s the thing that’s so funny,” says Witherspoon. “He’s not really this bad boy; he’s just a great guy and really worked hard on Water for Elephants.”
