Kristen and Rob would love to work with each other again after Twilight

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have undeniable chemistry. We all know this, but in Breaking Dawn some of their best moments are the humorous ones during the honeymoon (think Bella’s “human moments”).

At the press conference for Breaking Dawn Pt. 1 we grabbed Rob and Kristen briefly to see if they would ever want to work together again, maybe in a romantic comedy.
After the four year Bella and Edward rollarcoaster, it might be nice to see them in a different genre together, right? Here was what they had to say about the idea:
“I would die to work with [Rob] again,” Kristen said when we threw out the rom-com idea. “I totally would.”
Trust us, when you see the movie you will know why this idea is in our head. They are hilarious down in Brazil!
Rob is game too:
“I would love to,” Pattinson told Celebuzz when asked if he would be up for a romantic comedy with Kristen. “Definitely I would work with her again [outside of Twilight].”
Don’t get ahead of yourselves though, nothing is in the works as has been reported.
But do you hear that screenwriters? Get to work! We think a Jason Segel script would be perfect. Don’t you think readers? Tell us in the comments!

Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson Listed As Cutest Fiction Couple

Breaking Dawn‘s Edward Cullen and Bella Swan were listed as one of the cutest character couples. While they are not the only one listed, they are one of the first to come to everybody’s mind. However, the list is pretty impressive. It includes all sorts of couples, which you will see below by what I mean.
Not only is Edward and Bella, but they also listed Blair Waldorf and Chuck Bass, Ginny Weasly and Harry, & Stefan Salvatore and Elena Gilbert are just a few examples. They also list a few others, but Seventeen made sure that the list was filled with hip, young couples. However, they did not list a group of similar couples for the most part.
I am happy that they included Bella and Edward, but I would think that rest of the vamps deserved to be listed. I am also shocked that they did not include the couple from True Blood, but they might have wanted to keep the list a little more PG friendly. However, I do wonder what took so them so long to come out with this list? It seems like it should have come out a year or 2 ago by now.

Great Article about 'On The Road' ~ 4,000 Miles in a '49 Hudson: On The Road

Francis Ford Coppola has owned the movie rights to Jack Kerouac's seminal novel On The Road for decades. And frankly most of us who love the book and Kerouac's legacy and have been discussing the possibility of a movie for years took great solace from the fact that the movie was in the caring hands of Francis Coppola. He just seemed to be the kind of guy who would either make the movie "right" or he wouldn't make it at all.
Numerous scripts have been written over the years, one by Barry Gifford, one by Russell Banks, one even by Coppola's own son Roman. None made the cut. The problem seemed to be exactly how you translate the story of On The Road to film.

2011-07-12-OTR1BM.jpg

One issue was the way Francis Coppola wanted to make the film. Rumor had it Coppola wanted unknown actors playing the two main characters Dean Moriarity and Sal Paradise (Neal Cassady and Jack Kerouac in real life). The studios wanted Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt, Colin Farrell -- or some other bankable name depending on the decade. Coppola wanted black and white and the studios wanted color. Nobody seemed to know which way it was going to go and for thirty years the movie simply never got made.
And then along came Motorcycle Diaries. Screenwriter Jose Riviera was nominated for an Academy Award. Walter Salles, the Brazilian Director, won accolades as well. Francis Coppola was impressed and figured he may have found his team. After all, Motorcycle Diaries is about a couple of guys running around South America on a '39 Norton motorcycle. On The Road is about a couple of guys running around North America in a '49 Hudson. Hmmm.....

Robert Pattinson Steamy in New Water For Elephants Trailer

Twilight starRobert Pattinsontakes center stage in a new trailer for his latest movie, “Water for Elephants,” and shows off his dramatic acting chops, not to mention a preview of the sexual tension between his character and Reese Witherspoon’s.
The movie is based on the historical novel bySara Gruen and told through the reflections of Jacob Jankowski, who is 93 when the movie opens.
The film, however, is set during the Great Depression when Jacob, played by Rob, is hired by The Benzini Brothers Most Spectacular Show on Earth circus.
He falls for the wife (Witherspoon) of the show’s cruel animal trainer, August. played by Christoph Waltz.
The clip begins with Rob’s character finding out the tragic news that his parents have been killed in a car accident.
With no other relatives, that sets him off on a journey to find himself. He leaves veterinary school and rides the rails until he hooks up with the circus.
It also shows he laying eyes for the first time on the boss’s wife, played by Reese.
Mutual admiration quickly turns to passion, and Rob quickly falls for Reese. The trailer shows a few fleeting scenes of them embracing and staring longingly in each other’s eyes.
The trailer portends plenty of conflict and action between Rob and the boss, as he expresses his love for his wife.
The movie will be released to theaters on April 22.

Rob, Kristen in Breaking Dawn in Empire's The Big 2011 Preview

Teen Dreams

It’s the turn of the, like, total hotties, OMG. These are the efforts full of perfect cheekbones and huge, gelled hair – and that’s just the boys. From Robert Pattinson to Dianna Agron to Taylor Lautner to Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, here’s the pretty boys and girls that will be rocking 2011…

Smelling salts at the ready, because April 22 sees the return of the mighty R.Pattz in Water For Elephants. Pattinson plays a veterinary student who throws in his studies after the death of his parents and runs away, finding himself in a traveling circus. There he falls for Marlena (Reese Witherspoon) – which would be fine were it not for her violent husband August (Christoph Waltz). This is based on the novel of the same name, is not a sequel to Like Water For Chocolate, and looks set to be a more grown-up effort for the once and future Edward Cullen.

It’s the Big One on November 18, which sees Edward and Bella finally get it on in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. The fourth instalment will cover only the first half of the fourth (and final) Twilight book, and sees vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson) and human Bella (Kristen Stewart) finally tie the knot and go on honeymoon. However, some complications soon turn up in the shape of an unplanned pregnancy and…well, we’ll say no more. But at least in this Twilight movie the plot might actually move forward for once. Fans will still have to wait until 2012 for the big finale, but that just gives them extra time to dream of Edward / Jacob / Bella (delete as appropriate) so they probably consider that a bright side.

People's Choice Nominee Robert Pattinson Was Embarassed Auditioning for 'Perfect' Edward

Robert Pattinson picked up three People's Choice Award nominations this year thanks to his breakout role as Edward Cullen. He and Twilight co-stars Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner all picked up nominations, and we had a chance last summer to talk to him about the role launched his career.

Rob admits he was no Twi-hard when he tried out for the role of Edward. In fact he says when he read the book's description of the characters physical perfection, he didn't think he stood a chance at winning the role.

"I got given the book about five months before the casting and I read the first 50 pages up until he gets introduced and then I was like, 'Oh, no,'" he said. "Because I was really fat last year as well. So I just felt the whole thing was embarrassing, even turning up to the audition.

"I had not read the whole book before the audition but even in the synopsis, the four line synopsis, the first line is like: 'Edward is the perfect being. He is so witty and beautiful and so crazy and funny and will open doors for you and stuff. He will drive you in his Volvo.' I thought just even turning up to it was embarrassing."

Along with Twilight came a level of stardom that's changed Rob's life, and while he appreciates his fans, he says reading about himself on the Internet is usually a terrible idea.

"It literally feeds the worst part of your soul as well," he said. "When you have nothing to do you go on the internet or whatever. Some nights I think, 'I’m too tired to read a book so I know I’ll go on the Internet because it is kind of easy and I’ll read the news.'

"So you go on to the New York Times website and look at it for a few seconds and get bored after about three minutes and go on IMDB instead. Then you realize how pathetic you are. I have to delete my Internet history whenever anyone comes round. It is like reading people’s minds, like when you meet someone and you really want to know what they think of you."

Be sure to tune in to CBS on January 5 (9 PM, 8 Central) to see if Robert wins a People's Choice Award.

It's been a mega busy year for Kristen, who not only has the cult Twilight movies franchise under her belt but also starred in The Runaways - released earlier this year, AND has just finished filming a huge movie adaptation of Jack Kerouac's iconic novel On The Road, which is set to be a major hit.

Robert Pattinson grateful to supportive agent

Robert Pattinson would have struggled to cope with fame if it wasn’t for his agent.

Robert Pattinson would have struggled to cope with fame if it wasn’t for his agent.

The hunky star is best known for his portrayal of vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight film franchise. The role has won him hordes of female fans, and means he now struggles to walk down the street without being recognised. Robert has worked hard to remain unaffected by his star status, but he has apparently relied heavily on his agent Stephanie Ritz for support.

“I don’t think Rob could have coped with his Twilight stardom if Stephanie hadn’t been by his side,” a source explained. “She’s also encouraged him to get his music career off the ground, which Rob is hugely passionate about.”

Robert has previously spoken glowingly about Stephanie, admitting she is the one person who understands the sort of roles he is interested in. He likes having someone older he can discuss his career with, and finds her advice invaluable.

If this is true i am glad that he is working on his music:) Or thinking about it at least!!

Zimbio: Kristen Stewart Says She Never Related to Kids Her Own Age

Kristen Stewart began working at an early age, and says it wasn't always easy being one of the youngest people on set.

The Twilight Saga star -- who landed her first acting role in TV movie The Thirteenth Year when she was nine years old -- hated the way she was teased by her peers over her early roles, in particular when she played a tomboy in The Safety of Objects.

She said: “I didn't walk around talking about doing movies but then someone saw an old movie I was in, The Safety of Objects, and realised that the little boy in it had grown up into this girl -- me. And then I got a lot of, ‘She's such a b----!’ And yet most of these kids had never even spoken to me.”

The 20-year-old actress quit school when she was 13 and admits she was happy to leave the education system behind because she didn’t relate to her classmates. She added in an interview with the Daily Telegraph website: “I was glad to leave school. I was missing a lot of classes and they were failing me.

“I couldn't relate to kids my own age. They are mean and don't give you any chance. Once you have done with school, you realize that it is just a smaller version of life, and really I have felt that I should have been an adult since I was aged about five.

“I remember when I turned 18 everyone asked me if I felt more mature, but I felt the same as I always did. Juggling work and school, and helping my mother; I've always had a lot of responsibility."

Is Robert Pattinson the Sweetest Star Ever?

Photobucket
It looks like some teen idols could learn a thing or two from the always polite Robert Pattinson.

The Twilight hunk is reportedly on a road trip with some pals and he has been charming fans and restaurant patrons at every stop he makes.

E! Online's The Awful Truth reports that nearly every person who has come into contact with Rob on his road trip has been singing his praises as a "nice" and "very polite" young superstud.

One waitress said Rob was "very polite, quiet, undouchey and knows his wine." Bar patrons at Texan bar also reported that the 24-year-old actor was "very, very nice" to all the fans who approached him, even while he was trying to unwind with his buddies.

Rob is reportedly taking a road trip to visit his sweetie, Kristen Stewart, while she films On the Road in New Orleans. Once Kristen wraps up her newest flick the two will begin filming Breaking Dawn.

Robert Pattinson in “ELLE” Magazine Japan - September 2010 (Scans and Translation)

Translation

Gorgeous vampire is the shy 24 year-old
“They are screaming for Edward, not to myself. Then it is easier to take all the hysteria.”

Q: Isn’t it tough to be followed by Paparazzi anywhere you go?
Rob: I guess I should relax and think “It’s only a pictures taken and posted to tabloids.” and let it go.To tell you the truth, surrounded by 50 Paparazzis 24/7 is really tough. And I have a bad habit to react them with nasty face; I should come up with better look for paparazzi photos by now. Laughs.I am always thankful to my family and close friends; they never change their attitude toward me. They keep me to the ground. Some of them haven’t even seen “Twilight” movies yet! So relieving!

Q: What attract you about Edward?
Rob: That he is sincerely modest.

Q: You’ve been con stant working. Don’t you want to have a break?
Rob: Not really. If you go on vacation, it is just another cause of more paparazzi photos, anyway. So, I’ll keep working until they get tired of following me; it should be soon over in next few years, I guess.

The Pattinson appeal - good for Hungary!

Article from The Budapest Times about film-making in Hungary

[....] what has Hungary achieved in the mean time?

The investment of money and effort paid off, and soon big name Hollywood stars and directors set foot on Hungarian soil. The tabloids wrote about nothing else but foreign celebrities and their presumed affairs. Robert Redford, Bruce Willis, Brad Pitt, and yes, Robert Pattinson – who is the flavour of the moment among Hollywood’s leading men – all spent time in Hungary. The theory is that the bigger is the fuss around these stars, the more renown Hungary gets. And there was fuss. Pattinson’s mere presence provided a gravity field that pulled a considerable number of young ladies of various nationalities to a single square in Budapest.

Is Robert Pattinson the biggest star in hollywood?

Is Robert Pattinson the biggest star in Hollywood? Is there anyone bigger than Robert Pattinson? Will Robert Pattinson end up demanding the biggest salary in Hollywood for his next film?

You could argue that Robert Pattinson is now the biggest star in Hollywood. His movies are highly sucessful, he has millions of fans, charming good looks and more talent than almost anyone in show business today. While there are many rumors going around about what Robert Pattinson's next movie will be, there is no doubt that he will make a lot of money off of it. His pay for his next movie will probably dwarf what he just made on his last film.

Our question to you is do you think that Robert Pattinson is the biggest star in Hollywood?

WFE extra talks about his experience on the set and Rob playing Jacob

Cody Wood, one of the Water For Elephants extras, decided to share his experience on the set of the movie and talked a bit about Rob playing Jacob.

I'm posting only the part where he talks about Rob. You can read his amazing experience (parts 1 and 2)
HERE

Francis Lawrence, the director, sat under a black awning against the circus bleachers. His face was calm with a slight smile of satisfaction as he watched the footage. He exchanged words with the AD (Assistant Director). Almost immediately I heard the cue: “Pictures up!” A pause. “And BACKGROUND!” On background we all began the exhilarating sprint from danger once more. A plume of dust rose from our pounding feet and swirled around the swinging lamps. Wind pushed the top of the tent up and down like waves. As the motion of canvas, lamps, and people rushed about, the enormous elephant stood calmly in the center of the ring. “And CUT! Thank you folks! Good job.”

On my walk back across the circus floor I noticed a new excitement. There was no audible noise but something seemed different. When I came around the last large tent pole Pattinson had appeared at the end of the menagerie. I heard the start of the AD’s instructions. “Rob, we’re going to have you….” The young actor looked controlled and confident even while hundreds of Rubes tried to secretly glance in his direction. Most of the cast had arrived at their original mark but I was still walking. Fortuitously I was placed near the entrance to the tent just a few feet from where Rob was now standing.

While the cinematographer gathered lighting calculations I was instructed to wait for Rob to hit his second mark and run past him going out the menagerie. Again, the speed at which the cues came was surprising. The AD instructed, “Pictures Up, and Background”. On “background” the crowd began the stampede away from the menagerie. A third cue came for Rob and on “action” he became Jacob Jankowski. He took a slow step toward the running crowd and looked on with awe. He took another step and scanned the crowd left to right. From behind the camera I sprinted as fast as I could just past Jacob. The crowd was still screaming and running in the other direction. I hopped to my right to avoid a tent pole and stopped dead. My breath was gone and my eyes were frozen. A few feet in front of me stood an enormous buffalo. Dark thick fur covered the entire animal except for the large blood-shot eyes that looked directly at me. I methodically moved each foot backward while the stampede continued on in the tent. Finally the word “Cut” came bellowing out from the tent and gladly moved back to safety.

Rob was smiling at the director. He was obviously tickled by the intensity and size of the stampede. The entire experience was authentic. There were peanuts scattered on the ground and popcorn boxes tipped in the bleachers. Along the menagerie a host of animals did their part to make the scene possible and center ring the massive elephant stood like royalty. There was so much to take in that the twelve hour day passed like minutes.

After a long drive home I dropped onto the couch. My feet were sore and I could still taste a little dust but I couldn’t stop thinking about what the next day would have in store...
