Varese Sarabande has announced the details for the upcoming period drama Bel Ami. The album includes the original score from the film written by Lakshman Joseph De Saram and Academy Award-winning composer Rachel Portman. The soundtrack will be released on March 20, 2012 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Bel Ami is directed by Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod and stars Robert Pattinson, Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas, Christina Ricci and Colm Meaney. The film revolves around a young man’s rise to power in Paris via his manipulation of the city’s most influential and wealthy women. The drama recently premiered at the Berlin Film Festival and will be released in the UK on March 9, 2012. A domestic release through IFC Films is expected later this year.

What was it like filming with the young Kristen Stewart, who plays Snow White?

From the moment we met there was this amazing chemistry between us. We had a great time filming that movie. I really hope people enjoy it. Kristen is only 21… I remember when I was that age. Her performance is fantastic. In fact, she’s quite the fighter.

3:15-4:15 Universal Pictures: Battleship and Snow White and the Huntsman— Universal Pictures will present footage and special guests from two of its upcoming epic action-adventures: Battleship (May 18) and Snow White and the Huntsman (June 1). Battleship director/producer Peter Berg will be joined by two of the star's from the film, Alexander Skarsgård and Brooklyn Decker, to discuss the project. Snow White and the Huntsman's director, Rupert Sanders, will answer questions about the new movie starring Kristen Stewart, Charlize Theron, Chris Hemsworth and Sam Claflin.

Don't Worry, This Snow White Isn't Only Dressed for Battle

“You can't wear armor the whole movie unless you're Joan of Arc or something. It's a good mixture. She has a couple of girly dresses, plus her wedding dress that’s made with leather. There's a really beautiful skirt that goes with it and a skeletal collar that's detachable.”
