I almost wish that she would go back into hiding because all of the sites ripped her apart for her appearance at the Oscars. She should not have went. I actually didn't think she looked bad, it's Kristen that's just who she is.

Does it not make you wonder why they attack her so much. She must be a threat to them in some way. She is not out partying every night with her underwear still at home. You don't catch her drunk or high out in public. She does not go from one guy to the next like Taylor Swift. I think Taylor is a serial dater. Anyway, why or why? She looked just fine her hair was not plastered to her head like some were but hey did you notice Jennifer Aniston's hair? Yep not really all that curled or plastered or up, just her. You just have to get used to these cannibals every time they saw Kristen she's just like a scrumptious buffet that these hungry media people and paparrazi feast upon. It's one of the reasons why our world will always be full of hatred, envy and chaos. They'll never learn to appreciate beauty and respect one's own identity, character and personality. They wanted to play these games on their side...........expect for the worst and that is to deceive the fans of the truth. That's how they will always roll to earn mega bucks......sacrifices must be made.....and one of them is Kristen Stewart.

I hope and pray that Kristen will be strong and tough enough to ride this trials by publicity and that her family and friends especially Rob will support her no matter what......and how painful these sarcastic comments thrown at her.

while we are all appalled by the bad publicity shes receiving, i really believe kristen has the power to turn things around. i know she marches to the beat of her own drum and doesnt care what anyone says. The sad fact is, Kristen can never win with the haters no matter what she does. But as they always say, if you cant beat them, join them. She needs a good PR team-- Ruth Bernstein is more of a friend than a publicist right now. It doesn't guarantee the nonnies to disappear but at least it will give them nothing to talk about.

I thought those who criticized her for using her crutches were out of line. She was committed to presenting and she showed up and did the job. The Fashion Police cast were really rude about the crutches as if it were unacceptable for someone to have some sort of infirmity and dare to appear on the sacred red carpet. It seemed extremely insensitive to me. The illusion of perfection at red carpet events is just ridiculous.

thanks for that statement, listen if it wasn't the hair and personally for me the hair was not my fave because the hair stylist should have done a better job, not my little K's fault. but haters would have found something to complain about. I have never seen an actress so scrutinized in my life, My God, every little thing that would have been glossed over with some one else they are actually straining to find a problem and all of this harping on a few stray hairs and a limp? its so stupid! I have looked and looked at her pictures and all I see is a lovely, smiling face!

@ Anon 4:56pm I too felt that way on Sunday night. However, in retrospect, I'm glad Kristen went and didn't hide. This is her chosen profession and she needs to be at certain high visibility functions. The important people (her real fans, her true friends and colleagues in the movie business) were glad she was there. The Academy Awards folks were certainly happy she was there as she brought many viewers(ratings) who otherwise would not have watched it.

Also, I ventured to 'look' at what was being said about other A-List actors and saw 'haters' were out in full force on a lot of other actors (Clooney, Hathaway, and others). It's horrible and baffling. It's beyond sad that some people take pleasure in making fun or ripping others apart.

i never engage in gossip discussions nor argue with the haters but look at this pro site and see some people pick on her. im not saying join the nonnies per se, what im saying, try not to give them something to diss about. I understand that everything Kristen does, they will try to nitpick it-- she cant do anything about it but her PR team can somehow do some damage control. I know that PR is just one aspect and theres no way im gonna say she should change her image. Kristen is Kristen, we love her for that. But shes a public figure-- it comes with the price.

Well said and quite true. This site is brilliant. We chose to come here because we genuinely like and follow Kristen professionally. I am so glad she is a strong person. The fashion police panel are idiots who all have some hangups, apart from George and surprised at Juliana. Ryan is a very gallant man who shot Kelly down and came to Kristens defense, rightly so. Don't judge people on a personal level especially when you have huge problems in your own life(are you listening Kelly). Kristen you and Rob are the best and always will be, stay strong together you can do it.

If they can't criticize her smile, they will find another thing to criticize her- hair! Her hair is naturally wonderful, no need to do anything with it! Kristen will continue getting work and she's not going anywhere.The media and the haters will continue to talk about her because she matters!

@Anon 4:56 I totally agree with you. While I am a huge fan of Kristen, I also like Anne Hathaway who was ripped up one side and down the other as well. Joan Rivers made Anne her worst dress and did not like her acting. Anne just won a freaking Oscar!! Joan was even on David Letterman being really nasty about Adele's weight!! I think some Clooney's haters could give Kristen's haters a run for their money and win!! His IMBD board is AWFUL.

She is who she is which is a beautiful young woman. She doesn't have to change a thing as far as I'm concerned. She is a role model for a lot of people. The haters are NOTHING. She knows that. That is why she stays true to herself. Either you like her or you don't but the thing I don't get is if you don't like what she does why do you have to be so nasty about it. State your opinion nicely and move on. But no some can't let it go and they pick and pick. Most of the people knocking her are women who have children her age. How would you like someone who doesn't even know your child knock everything they do and call them names. I know you definately wouldn't like it. Talk about a cat fight. It's mind boggling. Stay true to yourself Kristen there are those of us fans that love you just the way you are and support you. And for the record there was not a thing wrong with her at the oscars. She was stunning.

All I know is Kristen is an amazing, beautiful , smart gracious young woman who follows her heart and her soul. Those hater's can say whatever they want but at the end of the day it doesn't matter what they say because Kristen can look in the mirror and see herself as a good person with a good heart. I'm glad to have Kristen as my role model growing up because unlike others Kristen doesn't go out and party all night without underwear, she doesn't go out drunk in public and she doesn't take drugs. she's passionate about what she does and at the end of the day that's what counts that she loves what she's doing. Kristen is a strong girl, she's Ok we know that, she's got her friends and her family to cheer her up and Rob is right there by her side he'll always be right there with her and he'll always build her up when she's down. Kristen did an amazing job at Oscars, To me it was one of her better public appearance- the more she does these appearance the better she gets.Loved her Dress and Hair and Makeup! Kristen stay true to yourself and you will go far. LOVE THIS GAL!

Kristen is unique and a person with big heart. I look up to her in a sense. Her appearance at Oscar showed how sincere she is. I'm impressed by this lady totally. Hope she'll get well soon.

i like kristen so much and i really admire everything about her. don't get wrong if some of her fans said something about her appearance and we must understand maybe they want the best for kristen because they don't want kristen get hurt if some people talking bad about her. In my opinion i think we should let kristen wearing what she want that make her feel comfortable and that's more important.
