Why would he go to this? He never used to go to things like this before.
ReplyDeleteHe may have been 'invited' to attend... Also, it was sponsored by Gucci, a designer that he supports/wears... Rob is 'growing-up', he's becoming an influential figure in 'Hollywood'... I suspect that he receives lots of invitations to many functions, he probably chooses the ones that interest him the most, i.e.: The LACMA honoring Stanley Kubrick...
DeleteI agree totally with you. However his icon is Jack Nicholson and Jack always had a reputation as a ladies man, do you think Rob is trying to follow his lead. Rob most of the time seems to be flirting and associating with lots of different women when at different events, take for example the blonde lady in New York. Is he building up a reputation of flirting and associating or am I being really silly and reading too much into this. He has altered since everything that happened in the summer(of which none of us know the true story), and this lovely lad has changed a great deal.

DeleteI hope and pray that you are right. It would be such a shame if the pretty Kristen is waiting home alone while Rob is enjoying and having all the fun and mixing with lots of infuential people. He seems to be going out with Kristen only when they are in the company of other people.Even at her house there were people there that Rob knew. I hope I am paronoid about this but Rob seems to be enjoying the good times and I really worry over Kristen. She really is such a beauty as we saw in Tokyo, Toronto and Balenciaga interview. Rob you are a good lad so lets hope you are still treating your lady the right way.I'm sure you went to this event because you are the face of Gucci. I still think you would have looked better with pretty Kristen on your arm.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I went to the Sydney fan event too n despite the lousy weather he was so great to all the fans and sooooo much better looking in real life than any of his photos/movies. He's definitely had a hair cut since then. Come back Rob we miss you !!!

Totally agree. In video Salma Hayek, Amy Adams, Anna Wintour are all people Kristen has known and been involved with in the past. Maybe she was at event only in the background, I hope so. Turning up at these events are so out of charecter for Rob, whats going on? Is he now the face of Gucci like Kristen is the face of Balenciaga anyone know?

ReplyDeleteYes, I think he would make a great Bond. Give him about 6 more years to be in his mid-thirties. As for Will Ferrell, he was making a joke. Not serious. As for why Rob is at this event. Probably because he was invited, but more so because he is a musician, actor, etc. He would want to support this plus it's business and his job. Look at the people he was able to mingle with. Great way to make more contacts for more movies. Now, how one man can be so gourgeous is beyond me. It kills me that people say he is more handsome in person. Is that possible?! I also think there is more to the drama last summer than we know. Kristen is really picking her times to be in the public eye. Everyone says Rob is the sensitive one, but I think Kristen is too. I keep going back to what David Cronenberg said in an interview he and Rob had. Rob was asked an off limits question by a reporter and David jumped in and said "Sometimes things aren't what they appear to be." I take that statement to mean we don't know what exactly was going on. We need to just enjoy the calm right now and that fact that Rob and Kristen have gotten past this. Don't you all think it is time we did too? I do.
