The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 promotion is ramping up, and Gossip Cop has the latest on the cast’s upcoming talk show appearances.

Super, Rob and Taylor together again, but what is with Kristen? What are her duties on The 5th?????? Why no promo together?
ReplyDeletei don't understand at all why she's not there with them!!it's not fair cuz this is the last movie and i want more talk show with them together like old time.Hoping that we can get it soon.
ReplyDeleteI imagine they're assuming it would be very awkward for R&K to do interviews together - the emphasis would be totally on their relationship rather than the film - so I'm not surprised they're doing promos separately!
ReplyDeleteI think it would be even more awkward for her not to be there. I think they should all go and just act normal and professional and not have Kristen's absence cause even more drama. Someone should bring that up to Ellen.

ReplyDeleteKristen never goes on Ellen. I'm sure I remember her saying that last years Ellen Breaking Dawn Special was her first time. She looked really uncomfortable the whole time. If Ellen decided to ask them an uncomfortable question then she would just come straight out with it, thats why she is so funny, but maybe thats why Kris looked so uncomfortable the whole time.

DeleteOkay. Why are we so upset that Rob will be by himself? We all know that Rob and Kristen are being very careful about being together at this point. The backlash has been brutal for both of them. Rob has on earphones for, like, the first time. You know how they are. They never use their personal relationship to promote Twilight. I think they are trying to keep this whole thing as low key as they can. Cut them some slack. We have no idea what it is like for them right now. And while I am here, I am so tired of the media outlets calling what happened the Kristen Stewart affair. How about the Scumbag affair. Why does it seem that scumbag gets off easier then Kristen? He is definitely not innocent at all. Sorry for that small rant but, this double standard is just plain wrong.
ReplyDeleteagree with the Kristen part. Media always twisted her words and has been hard on her. I'm getting less interested in reading media written news simply because I found out most of them are not true. I hope Kristen always be herself. Forget about media, papz, haters whatever, we true fans will always support the genuine Kristen.

ReplyDeleteFirst: I am a HUGE fan of Robsten and I wish with everything in me that everything is great and wonderful with them. Second: Am I the only one who wishes, even with as much as they hate to "sell their personal life," that one of them would just come out and say if they are together or not? I am soo sick of all the "new reports" completely contradicting the last and that all of the "sources" are benefitting soo much from it. If they are together, that would be fantastic news and everyone could either be happy for them or just have the truth and move on. If they are not together for whatever reason, at least with confirmation, people could start getting over it and stop stressing about it. With the way things are now (just completely confusing) I think the movie will be more stressful to watch than if we knew the truth, even if the truth is upsetting. We will be constantly looking at the screen and wondering if these two people will ever be happy like Edward and Bella again (I know that sounds incredibly cheesy but you know it is true, at least for some). I am at the point where I just need to know. I feel really guilty feeling that way because I know that, in actuality, their personal life is none of my business but this whole thing has been dragged on for long enough.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't matter they say it in public or not. R/K interact with their fan in many ways. The truth is out there. The media just want to twist anything they said and make up their own story. The confirmation of their relationship could make more drama than say nothing at all. i guess that's why they keep it to themself.

But in other way, we didn't know too, it might be Robsten's decisions, then let say well done. I love them so bad, all the best.
I emailed Ellen on her website about Kristen being on the show. Maybe some more people could email and ask for her to be on the show and we might just change their minds! You never know! I just think it would be really weird with just Rob and Taylor! Anyone up for trying this with me?
ReplyDeleteWhen they taped Ellen, Kristen had OTR obligations at the same time, maybe that is why. They seem to be splitting up the talk shows. I think Kristen is the only one doing Leno and O'Brien.

ReplyDeleteThe reason so many are upset about Kristen not being on Ellen is because this is the last movie and we have only seen her on Ellen once before and many of us would love to see here there again while promoting Twilight. And it's unfair of them to just take Rob and Taylor in without the real lead in the movie without an explanation. Sure, she might have had press but the could come out and say that and made a different time-line for them.
